On the afternoon of Tuesday 04 April 2017, the Minister of Economy, Finance, Cooperation and Development of the Principality of Seborga was officially received at CERFER headquarters (Regional Training Center for Maintenance Routier), by the Director General Mr Ouro-Djobo SAMAH, assisted by his Technical and Administrative team.
The Minister John DECKON was accompanied by the Technical Advisor Mr. Celestin TALAKI (Former Minister and Commissioner to ECOWAS), and the Director of Operations Mrs. Edna AGBOSSOUMONDE (Management Controller and Specialist in Banking Technology).
CERFER is a Regional Institution with Autonomous Character, common to the five (5) countries forming the Council of the Entente in particular (Benin, Burkina-Faso, Ivory Coast, Niger, Togo).
Also, before reaching the conclusion of the Public-Private Partnership, the agreements were given through the five (5) countries mentioned.
The Seborgian Development Agency is now a partner of CERFER and is committed to the five (5) countries in terms of Economic Cooperation for the Development of the Countries of the Council of the Entente.
